PATAN CITY: The beautiful city lies in Lalitpur district. Here, the best point to start our sightseeing is Patan Durbar Square with Royal Palaces, temples which the depicts the amazing skills of our ancestors. Bhimsen Temple – Temple dedicated to Bhimsen, the god of trade & business. Vishwanath Temple – the temple dedicated to lord Shiva. Krishna Mandir- The temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Krishna Temple- The eight corner stone temple is also the masterpiece that is to be found in Nepal also known as ChyasinDeval means eight corners. Golden Temple – This unique monastery is few minutes’ walk from the Durbar Square. Mahaboudha Temple – the temple of 1000 Buddha is another fascinating Shikhara type temple. Rudra Varna Mahabihar – One of the best-known monasteries near the Mahaboudha is well known in Patan. Here, we end our sightseeing tour for the day, drive back to Kathmandu.
BHAKTAPUR CITY : Bhaktapur, the third major town in the valley, where the best place to start sightseeing is Bhaktapur Durbar Square.It covers a larger area than durbar squares of Kathmandu and Lalitpur and is less crowded. This is a city of pedestrians. Vatsala Durga Temple- besides the King’s statue and directly front of the palace is the stone VatsalaDurga Temple. Pashupatinath Temple – temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and the replica of main Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu. Royal Palace – 55 windows palace when built had 99 courtyards but due to the devastating earthquake in 1934, out of which only seven remains. Golden Gate -the magnificent golden gate is the entrance to 55 windows palace. Nayatapola Temple – the highest temple in Kathmandu valley which is five storeyed, Dattatraya Temple – the oldest structure in Bhaktapur. Pujari math – house for the priests from the same sect, which is similar, to Buddhist Monastery.

I had an incredible experience doing the Manaslu Circuit trek!! As I was the only one who had booked, they paired me with another solo girl from a different company which worked super well. Our guide Nekhil was attentive, supportive and made us feel really safe. He was clearly a very experienced guide and gave us lots of tips to manage the altitude and trekking, plus having lots of fun together along the way! Our porter Chhiring was awesome too! Not only were the views incredible, it felt so nice to be ‘looked after’ and have everything taken care of so we could just enjoy ourselves. This included by the office in Kathmandu, who were so helpful and generous in giving me an extra day in a nearby hotel and lending me some gear. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! I would definitely recommend :))

His heartwarming, calm and respectful behaviour let me feel welcome and my needs during trek seen.
