Leaving the city behind us, we ride along small villages and rice fields, gradually ascending the valley rim. We are head northwest towards Kakani, a hill top village, standing at 2030 m on the ridge, offering magnificent views of the Ganesh Himal, as well as the central and western Himalayas. From Kakani, we ride into the dense forest of Shivapuri National Park that consists of adorable natural beauty. Once inside the park, we will take one of Nepal’s most famous Single-Tracks and ride it almost all the way down and south to our lodge in Danda Gaun.Accommodation: LodgeMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Danda Gaun To Nagi Gompa To Mulkharka

Time: 4hrs, Elevation: +500m, Rideable: 100% Distance: 25 Km

We leave our lodge and start to ride North to the Shivapuri National Park. This is a day of plenty of ups and downs in the jungle, with some technical trails, including the section known as “30 Minutes in Heaven” – a single-track with exciting turns and descends. We then start climbing again for few kilometers, pushing our way on a track uphill, through the thick forest of Shivapuri, towards Nagi Gompa, a Buddhist’s monastery. From Nagi Gompa, we are riding East, all the way to Mulkharka.Accommodation: LodgeMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Mulkharka To Chisapani

Time: 3hrs, Elevation: +300m, Rideable: 100% Distance: 20 Km

Nar phu valley trek with Kamal guide, perfect!

My partner and I went on a 9-day trek in the Nar and Phu Valley. Our Kamal guide was just perfect! Professional and very nice, he accompanied us along with the porter Prim throughout the itinerary, adapting it to our needs and desires. I don't think we could have fallen into better hands than Kamal, he promptly solved all the little problems we encountered, he was fantastic as was the porter Prim. Amazing experience thank you!

Nepal Social Treks Review

I’ve just completed the 15 day Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Social Treks and can’t praise the company, guide & porter highly enough. My guide in particular, Lhakpa was an absolute star who could not do enough to make the time away as comfortable as possible. Considerate, knowledgeable, funny, kind & inspiring. I genuinely don’t think I could have completed the trek without their support! A lifetime ambition completed thanks :)

EBC by Gokyo

If you are planning to do the EBC, the Agency should be Nepal Social Trek and the Guide should be Santa Thabir Magar. Permanent communication during trekking and excellent coordination at all times. The alternative I recommend is Gokyo. Something heavier than the classic, but definitely extraordinary. Also the views of the great mountains during the circuit, are not to forget them

Grazie grazie grazie
